While playing Minecraft Bedrock and Java, my GPU consistently stays below 30% utilization and runs smoothly at 50-75 frames per second. Adding ray tracing pushes usage to its limit and boosts performance to around 150 fps, which is quite surprising since I don’t experience that without it. This behavior isn’t typical in other games. My system specs include an RTX 3080, a Ryzen 5 7600X, and 32GB of DDR5 memory at 5200MHz. I’ve been troubleshooting this for several months, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No, not all of your drivers are updated.

The Ryzen 7000 series might not have been fully optimized for Minecraft yet, which could explain the performance issues. It's possible you're facing a driver-related problem with the Ryzen processor.

It wasn't the message I was hoping for, but it seems that's the case. Appreciate the update!

I’m planning to dig deeper into the matter and look for a fix there. Similar problems have popped up on other sites, so it seems more likely it’s a developer issue. While you’re waiting, try turning on DLSS and check if the resolution improves—things seem pretty consistent that way.

It doesn matter whether DLSS is turned on or off.
