I'm using a pre-built system (Lenovo Legion T5) with an RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 7 3700X, 8-core CPU, 16GB HyperX Fury RAM, and a 550W PSU named "Huntkey Jumper HK650-15PP." When I upgraded, I replaced the GPU with the 3060 Ti and the PSU with an ANTEC 750W EARTHWATTS GOLD PRO white model. Most of the time my GPU usage stays under 50%, so it never gets too high. I thought the 8GB RAM might be the issue, but I'm not sure. I've removed all GPU drivers via DDU and installed the official RTX 3060 Ti drivers. This is the exact 3060 Ti I bought: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097YW4FW9?psc...ct_details

Which applications are you utilizing? Have you experimented with a synthetic GPU test?

Your monitor operates at a specific frequency and whether V-Sync is enabled depends on your settings. Let me know if you'd like details!

You're asking about what apps are for, specifically benchmarks. You tested something with M-Series Afterburner's Kombuster and noticed GPU usage reaching 100%, but in games it doesn't perform well or you get low FPS. You also want a clear explanation of synthetic GPU tests.

Your monitor runs at 144Hz, and with V-Sync it works as an adjustment in games or through the NVIDIA control panel. You don’t need to change it unless you want smoother performance.

Turn off V-sync in the game and verify with the Nvidia control panel that you’re not restricting your refresh rate. Adjust your Windows power plan to the highest performance setting. Configure the Nvidia power settings to max. Also, note your CPU usage during gameplay.

Applications refer to programs or tools, often utilizing GPU power—like games. Synthetic GPUs test performance, while real-world tests use actual games. Which titles are you playing? What frame rate are you seeing?

I’m using New World and Cyberpunk 2077 mostly for testing performance. In New World I’m seeing 45–85 FPS, while in Cyberpunk it’s usually around 50 FPS on high settings. The settings in both games are set to very high levels.

Sync speed is turned off across all games I play. I’ve set vertical sync to Off in NVDA and experienced around 50% CPU usage while running New World at high settings.

It seems you're curious about whether low RAM or a single-channel CPU affects performance. When testing under high-end settings like CyberPunk with Ultra graphics, what was your GPU utilization?
