That's typical. Minecraft demands a lot of processing power from the CPU, rarely relying much on the GPU. You can still achieve around 60 frames per second using a GeForce 210 when paired with a capable CPU as you've managed.

Checking GPU stats with tools like MSI Afterburner works well. The FPS numbers you get depend on the game and settings—sometimes they’re solid, other times they drop.
