In MSI Afterburner's OSD you have an available choice. Setting the parameters to high or ultra on COD will also increase your GPU consumption.

Sorry for the delayed reply—it was Christmas, but I was achieving around 90 fps on Cod with ray tracing enabled. My GPU temperature was hovering near 83°C.
