This happens because you're using an alt tab, which stops the GPU from rendering. The low performance isn't due to the game itself but your system's CPU temperature while playing.

The temperature display isn't visible, but it should be lower than expected. It's unclear why you're experiencing low FPS—perhaps the render distance or a busy part of the server? Also, your GPU usage is around 98% during gameplay at CP77.

It sounds like you're referencing a common outcome—Optifine often improves performance. I haven't played Minecraft recently either.

I considered restarting my computer to check if it would function properly in Minecraft.

It's not just cyberpunk either, the code also causes high CPU usage and low GPU performance.

At 1080p resolution there might be a CPU limitation. It seems unlikely given your 9700k processor, but verify your CPU speeds in games.

To verify your CPU clock speeds, check the system settings or use a hardware monitor. Look for the processor tick rate in the BIOS or performance tab.
