It’s quite simple to replace a CPU with a better one if you have the option. I wouldn’t invest in a new CPU just for that, but checking local used listings could offer a straightforward upgrade. A modern Ryzen setup would definitely help, though you’re already paying for it. If your needs are different, it might be more practical.
