I've encountered the Mini11 software instead of the standard Windows 11. People say it removes unnecessary elements from Windows 11, but is that the full story? Someone with more knowledge might have some extra details to share. 😊

I wouldn't rely on it for a primary setup. It isn't officially backed by Windows and there are existing issues with updates. I mainly use it to restart an older potato laptop so I can watch videos while cooking or show recipes.

What change is there? The developer is clearing all Windows Update features. If you prefer something safer, opt for a stripped-down version rather than a full overhaul, since they retain most update services so applications and specific drivers can download automatically at first setup. However, the optimal path has always been to improve yourself. If you're after a highly stable Linux experience, consider using Linux instead. Even distributions like Ubuntu remain lighter than Windows, though they bring their own set of Linux quirks you either dislike or enjoy.

The Tiny 11 B2 version I have on the old laptop has completed a few cumulative updates, but some failed, so it attempts to install the remaining ones.
