Hey there! It sounds like you're experiencing some performance issues with your RLCraft setup. Since your CPU and GPU are only utilizing 30%, it might be worth checking if your shaders or OptiFine settings are too demanding. You could try lowering the shader intensity, optimizing your shader code, or adjusting your graphics drivers. Also, ensure your system's power settings aren't throttling performance. Let me know if you'd like more specific tips!

When you launch Task Manager, all the CPU cores might be running at 30%, 1 core at 100%, and the remaining cores idle.

Your processor runs at just 30% due to MC relying mostly on one or two cores while others remain idle. You’ll likely spot a core operating close to full capacity.

Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your question:

Are you expecting to achieve over 30 frames per second in the game using a 1080p resolution and an I7 processor?

It might be a good idea to reinstall Java and MC too.

That's typical for RLCraft. It's a quite demanding modpack. Consider reducing your graphics settings and enabling the performance options in the video settings.

Yup also adjusted the render distance, making it the most critical setting with a limit of 10 chunks maximum.
