I've been working to understand why I'm experiencing stutter in my MC game. It's been ongoing for some time, so I'm certain it's not related to the game world or the version. I've tried without any mods and searched extensively for a fix, but nothing seems to work. I've installed the 64-bit version of Java and followed the Java Arguments instructions, yet the problem persists. The mods currently installed are Forge, OptiFine JourneyMap, and Gravestones. What we're examining is the nVidia Control Panel settings—adjusted according to recommendations—and I'm still unsure what to do next. I've attached a video demonstrating the issue along with my computer specifications and the panel settings. I've also tried using a different monitor and keyboard/mouse setup without any changes. Any assistance would be really appreciated! Thank you, Ryan

I'm predicting an unstable version. I've faced problems where games function normally but cause strange behavior in certain programs. Some applications wouldn't launch, like with FireFall where I couldn't view the horizon without the camera hitting the floor or ceiling. I usually save my profile, switch back to default settings, and give it another shot.

I haven't customized the machine before (not once), which means it might not be the issue. I turned off the firewall and the problem still lasted, unfortunately.

Share your details. Are you running on a separate machine or just a single-player setup?

The video states your CPU operates at 4.3Ghz. The maximum turbo speed for the 4770k model is 3.9Ghz.

Yes, it can still occur even after removing the FPS cap.

Man, I had no idea! It seems I never adjusted the BIOS settings, maybe I got a bit tipsy while trying to sharpen my geek skills! I just changed the ratio from 41 to 38, which brought it up to 3.7GHz. I'll check if it makes a difference and share an update soon. Appreciate your help with that! Yep, it would work similarly for FPS unlocks too.

It's only running locally on your device. The specifications mentioned in the video should provide more clarity.

I played a bit last night and it feels much better now. I’ll keep practicing more tonight to check how it performs, but I’m confident it’s fixed the issue.
