Minecraft Pyor vs Myor

You're in a Minecraft server with nothing else to do, feeling burned out on other games. People are using shortcuts like RP and Pyor, which is confusing. I'm really confused about what those mean. I just got off the server for a year, and now new terms are popping up. Can you help me understand?

They mentioned updating the dictionary, said Myor supports making your own raise, possibly holding an advantage. Considering this... I might need to ask.
