Well the title tell spretty much evry thing but heres it agian: I run an asus gtx 1070 dual non-oc (not overclocked) 9600k @ 4.5 ghz 16 gb of 300mhz ripjaws 4 4x4 kit ram (10gb to mc located) im getting micro stutters and i dont know what to do

Your lenses are fine. It could be a driver problem or an issue with the game.

Consider alternative render distances. I recommend using up to 16 chunks. Anything beyond that may cause stuttering on my PC as well. (R7 3700x + GTX 1080 Ti) I mean "stuttering" when the frame rate drops to 50-60 for a short time, even though it's usually stable at 120 on my monitors. Unclear if that’s your issue.
