My Minecraft didn't update after uninstalling, so I reinstalled it and tried again, but the installation still doesn't work. I don't know what to do next.

Did you reboot following the uninstall? Consider re-downloading the installer as well. In a few uncommon situations, files might become damaged.

Launch the Xbox again properly. It's not enough to simply press the power button on the front; you should restart it (there might be a setting or a method using the controller button).
