I have a Ryzen 3 2200G paired with an RX 480 4GB, and while playing Minecraft with OptiFine my average FPS is between 120 and 300, which is quite good. Without OptiFine it reaches about 280 MAX, though it still varies. The issue is that my FPS sometimes drops to around 30 FPS and then spikes back up to 90 again. This causes noticeable stuttering, which really frustrates me. I also checked my CPU usage, which stays between 35-50% during gameplay. I’m wondering if there’s a way to increase the CPU load or stress. I’d prefer a CPU running at 80-100% utilization while maintaining smooth FPS rather than one that stays low at 35-50% with frequent drops every few seconds. Something like CPU core unpark and throttle stop might help. My motherboard is an A320M-HDV R3.0, so overclocking isn’t possible, and I’m saving up to upgrade to a new CPU (1600 or 2600).

So far, the only reference point I've relied on has been Unigine Haven for my GPU. I attempted to adjust the voltage or overclock, but ended up back at the standard configurations.

I noticed my SSD isn't working as expected. Could this be the cause? Right now I rely on it for everything on my system—OS, games, photos, etc. If it's not performing well, it might explain the fluctuations and lack of data delivery.
