You don't see any improvement from adding more VRAM with those two cards.

My cards each have 3 gigabytes of RAM, and when you crossfire or swap them, each card duplicates the information across its RAM slots. My cards have 3 gigabytes of RAM each, and when you swap or exchange them, each card copies the data to every RAM slot on each card. However, this doesn't add up properly. I notice a significant boost with two cards instead of one.

Minecraft rivals Crysis 3 and GTA 4 in difficulty, requiring 4x Titan Black for smooth 100 fps performance.

Test turning off each mod individually to check for noticeable changes. Sometimes a small adjustment can stabilize the setup.

Your computer isn't that expensive—even with gold watercool blocks. Those GPUs are around $600 max, and the CPU is about $330. I don’t see how it reaches $5k. Think about building a setup with two 970s for roughly $1200–$1500, depending on extra components like an SSD or cooling upgrades.

Crossfire reflects the same issues as the people. This is well-known.

CPU price: $550 Mobo cost: $500 GPU(s) $1100 each (550 each) – received brand new. RAM: 32 GB 2666 $350 900d $300 PSU: $250 Rog front base $80 H100i $110 Fans 12 pieces total $180 ($15 each). Cables: black and red braided $50 Ram coolers Windows 8 pro $120 Asus Swift 1440 monitor $800 plus peripherals $370 Total $4810. Maybe the surprise was including peripherals and the new parts. Hope you can build a better build for $1200 with everything included. Good luck!
