I have attempted to resolve this issue independently and consulted numerous sources without success. Since purchasing this PC two months ago, I have been unable to eliminate significant stuttering within Minecraft, a problem exclusively observed with this game. Despite maintaining an average FPS range of 100-200/300, persistent stuttering renders the gameplay unplayable. This occurs in vanilla mode and is exacerbated when using modded versions (including Optifine, Foamfix, VanillaFix, and BetterFPS).

Example (Modded): https://imgur.com/a/EqWJsJ8

Specifications: i5 9600K 3.70GHz, MSI RTX 2070 Ventus, G.Skill 16 GB 3200 MHz, Be Quiet BN282 650W. The OpenGL error related to outdated shaders has been verified to have no impact on the problem.

This thread is beyond inactive but includes additional information. The game functions correctly with high frame rates while flying and loading chunks (300+ FPS), however, frame rates drop to the mid 30s-20s immediately upon rendering anything. The game utilizes my GPU and exhibits no issues in other games (e.g., Warframe runs at a stable 200-300 FPS with no stutter or drops). What is occurring?
