There’s something intriguing about earning money online. I used to enjoy Sim City, and maybe I’ll explore Minecraft next.

Farm refers to raising animals and growing crops for sustenance, not generating profit. Minecraft seems to be the most affordable purchase I've ever made on a game—around twenty dollars. I've spent thousands of hours exploring its features. Playing the vanilla version is enjoyable as it teaches the basics: survival, exploration, mining, and magic. Once you grasp the core mechanics, the excitement returns with mods. There are countless modpacks available—tech, magic, PvP, graphics. The community creates far more content than the official developers, likely ten times as much. I've set up servers for friends and even streamed parts of my gameplay to my niece on YouTube. She enjoyed watching the dragon fight, and she's eager to see me battle the Wither next. But I'm not motivated enough to farm enough skeletons to summon it. If she asks, I might comply, but she hasn't. I think the dragon was satisfying enough.
