I don't believe it's the hardware issue. Other games function properly, but this one seems different.
Minecraft is designed to work on low-end systems, though it still seems particularly challenging to fix; standard troubleshooting steps usually fail.
I've already tried updating Java. Should I reinstall it?
Run Windows in Clean Boot mode. A clean boot starts Windows with the fewest drivers and startup programs to identify conflicts.
This method might help diagnose the problem or reveal what's causing the issue. See here:

Attempt to launch the game in Clean Boot mode. If it works and performance improves, proceed to investigate which program is interfering.

Hi there. It was actually an issue with the motherboard. The technician came in and swapped it out once more with a brand new one. No issues at all. Everything is working properly and smoothly... better than before this whole situation started. Probably worth doing a hard factory reset occasionally, as it really makes a difference.
Thanks a lot for your assistance. I gained a lot from this experience and truly value all your guidance!
