I believe there was a mix-up. I only have integrated Intel GPU on my CPU. The app from 2010 won<|pad|>'s ability to use it because it assumes Intel IGPU, which means it lacks shader 3.0 support. However, Intel GPUs have supported that for years now.

Sure, if the problem is software-related, there aren't many options... Consider updating the 13-year-old app.
