I'm facing a tricky situation. My desktop PC has product keys I can't recover, and I'm dealing with several configurations that are tough to recreate. Can someone help me move my operating system to a laptop while preserving everything? I'm willing to fix drivers if needed, but I don’t want to spend money on new hardware. I’d rather avoid using pirated software since it’s important for my work. Thanks for reading! P.S. If anyone can assist, please share a photo of your cat Oscar.

You haven't attempted to access that tool for your product key.

I purchased those software through an online store. The keys were sent to your email. You might want to check if they can link them to your MS account.

Tinkered with that note—really appreciated! I’d never encountered this before. Thank you so much! It arrived as a pre-packaged retail item, and the package got misplaced during a move. We’ve since improved our procedures, though we were still a bit careless in 2017.

Because it's Office 2016, the license ties to a Microsoft account. If you recall the account used, you can log in and re-download it. Visit the link below to access your account: https://www.office.com/
