I recently purchased a new case featuring three daisy chained fans linked to a SATA port. While I tried connecting them to my motherboard, the fan headers don’t allow plugging them in. The fans spin when powered on, but after some time they stop. Even with the bottom fan connected via daisy chain to the middle fan, the middle one still spins while the bottom one doesn’t. I’m unsure what’s causing this issue—I initially considered a power supply problem, but there’s another component connected that shouldn’t be drawing power. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.

They flipped the fans, but the one that wasn’t moving stayed still. It looks like it’s the fan that’s not working.

I gave it some thought and noticed the fan blade spins slower than the others. It looks like a genuine, brand-new case. Appreciate it!

Absolutely, I’d consider returning the money or providing a free replacement.
