It relies on the condition of other parts, particularly the power source. If they're good, performance should match the 1400. Which power supply are you employing?
The process should begin immediately; avoid shutting it down as it may take time. Once complete, launch the PC into the operating system to verify functionality. After finishing, power it off, disconnect the power source, and start replacing CPUs. Do you have thermal paste for the CPU or are you using the pre-applied stock cooler? Also, the 3600 non-x model could be a more affordable option without significant performance loss.
I expect to see a boost in FPS and overall performance. The setup looks solid with the new components.
I dont think you will get higher FPS but more consistent and less drops (if you are even noticing that now). Looking at the picture above, I see one stick of 8gb? If you're able to get an identical stick, thats a nice upgrade aswell, as the memory will then be running in dual channel.
