You have the opportunity to check your SSD for problems as well. This problem seems quite confusing. I believe this isn't necessarily related to AMD, their chipsets, or the BIOS from the motherboard maker. Many users with similar configurations haven’t encountered this issue... I usually manage to identify these problems. Did you try removing the sound driver using DDU in safe mode to test?

The only other possibility is that a user mistake occurred during one of the diagnostic steps, which hid the real cause. Alternatively, the stutters you see might be linked to the games you play.

I have several questions about these stutters. Do they happen at regular intervals? For example, one stutter every 14-15 seconds? Are the stutters consistently the same length in different games? Open up Task Manager or HWiNFO on a second monitor or in an OSD. Does the stuttering in the game match an increase in storage read/write activity? If so, is there a related rise in CPU usage at the same time?

What software would you suggest for testing the current SSD?
I’ve tried DDU and removed the Realtek Sound Driver, also turned off all sound drivers in the BIOS so I only had sound through my GoXLR. Despite this, the Devidemanager still shows "high definition audio driver."
I plan to test some other games that I don’t usually play. The unusual thing here is that while using my Intel system, I experienced no stutters in FFXIV—just a slight drop in FPS. After switching to an AMD system, the stutters became noticeable and more pronounced.
In Tarkov, I often see a very small stutter every 10-30 seconds, mostly tiny microstutters. However, after about 10 minutes, I notice heavier stutters lasting 0.5 to 1 seconds.
In FFXIV, I mainly feel stutters during intense moments, like when a big mechanic is working or people are loading. Sometimes I can play for two hours without noticing anything, but then suddenly experience those annoying 0.5 to 1-second stutters and want to quit.
In OW2, these stutters are quite rare. I usually only encounter them when everything happens at once. Here they are still present, though less frequent.
Even while browsing or opening desktop apps, I can spot these tiny microstutters.
I’ve been using an Intel system since February and have been troubleshooting ever since.
Currently, I’m on Windows 11 Enterprise, version 23.2, which is the most stable for AMD.
The programs I usually run in the background include Steelseries.gg, SONAR, and GoXLR Drivers (I’ve already uninstalled them both without any effect).
