If you thought 2016 was a poor year, 2017 is already one of the worst beginnings I've seen. Even for a software firm like Microsoft. Where do I start? "If after a fresh installation the problem comes back again, it's definitely a hardware issue." - Microsoft support 2017

It's true, getting help from Microsoft can be frustrating. Most issues can be resolved on your own.

It's accurate to say that. Particularly after switching online from an older Windows version, pinpointing the issue can become challenging.

It's usually the case if it's a serious problem. Faulty coding is possible, but a hardware issue is more probable.
