I made some FPS optimizations from YouTube and possibly changed settings in regedit. Now my Microsoft Store and Xbox aren’t working either. I tried everything—wsreset, uninstalling and reinstalling, using PowerShell, repair options, troubleshooting—but nothing works. I’m stuck and need help. Here’s a video of the issue. I can’t sign in, download apps won’t work, and Xbox doesn’t open.

Go back to the restore point you created earlier.
Alternatively, use a third-party full system backup.
Or, follow the instructions provided by the utilities.
If none of these work... perform a complete reset and reinstall.

System Restore option.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider reinstalling Windows.
