Are there any resources about adding Androids to Intune? These are company-owned devices, not BYOD. You need to add them to Intune without removing user data.
MS remains the top choice for MS product documentation. It’s tailored specifically for Android devices rather than generic solutions. Manufacturers must add unique details, though newer models might offer more uniform support. Samsung stands out for its strong MDM capabilities.
I hoped for a way to handle enrollment on Android without needing a factory reset. But during my search, I didn’t find any options that fit. I need full control over devices via Intune without setting up work profiles, and I want complete management. So far it’s not there. These devices aren’t super critical, and I only need to back up contacts, so I’m not concerned about app data or anything else.
The system requires a factory reset to qualify for enrollment outside a BYOD setup.
