I appreciate the footage you captured about the setup process—it’s helpful. In reality, OneDrive’s worth varies; it works well for some users but may limit others, especially gamers who rely on mods and plugins. It restricts access rather than enhancing it.
Since you had it turned on earlier, the issue was noted. You can disable it via the OneDrive settings. Since you didn’t say you restored your data, it supports the idea it was active before your system reinstall, and you’re seeing files that were saved in OneDrive during the backup process.
What was restored? During setup I chose to create a new device, even though OneDrive was already off and removed. The reason this restores OneDrive is because the process reinitializes the system, bringing it back to its default state.
