Hey everyone, wondering if a future flight simulator will actually be available. My current one often crashes unexpectedly, which is really frustrating when I'm in the middle of a mission.

Dovetail Games is releasing an updated flight simulator for FSX on Steam, set to debut later this year. The main title, DFS (Dovetail Flight Sim), has already generated a lot of media attention. They’re also developing a more basic training version called Dovetail Flight School, slated for April or May, which will feature some of the new features they’re implementing.

He mentioned that Dovetail games owns the rights to FSX now, with a new title slated for release later this year. Meanwhile, you might want to check out Prepar3d or X-Plane.

What issue are you facing? The newest FSX Steam version is available, P3D and X-Plane tend to run smoothly, so it's good to check for problems. Cheers, Lewis
