While using Microsoft Flight Simulator it becomes sluggish and shows an error about the GPU being overclocked. This happened during medium settings. You might have a GPU that isn’t powerful enough for your needs, especially as a new gamer. Your setup includes a Ryzen 7 3800X, 64GB Corsair LX64 RAM, Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU, and a 1080p display. Consider checking your GPU’s specifications and performance under load to see if it matches the game requirements.

I would revert your GPU to its default settings. This occurred during Fortnite when an overclock caused a crash. If resetting the system doesn't help, consider lowering the resolution or performing a reinstall.
