Very frequent case. I received a similar call as well. I reached out to my phone service provider and local police. They informed me there’s nothing they can do since it comes from outside, and they often rely on proxies or other methods to conceal their identity. What I got was a request from my provider to stop the call, but it might interfere with legitimate service due to the proxies they use or incorrect caller ID details.

You might explore the support page for guidance (MSI files). Creating a reg file in Notepad is another option—save it as .reg and run it.
