Expo profiles aren't related to your problem. Have you installed a Windows update? Did you reach out to Nvidia regarding the driver concern? Have you experimented with previous video drivers?

You've tried Windows updates before without results, haven't reached out to NVIDIA for support, and you're on a brand-new PC with no outdated drivers. You might want to check the manufacturer's official website or contact their customer service directly for tech assistance.

Cause: You haven't added the necessary drivers for your motherboard... the AMD integrated GPU isn't functioning properly. It won't work as expected because it doesn't support Nvidia drivers, right? How To Fix: Visit your motherboard's site (select the Driver section) and begin downloading the required files. (You might be missing most of the available drivers.) If you're not motivated, start with MSI Dragon Center to automate updates for many components. It may succeed but requires significant system resources. Also, consider updating the UEFI settings. Windows Update could help if you enable that feature, though it may limit your control over driver installations (Windows will prioritize updates even if older versions exist).
