consider trading this micro ATX once if you already purchased a bigger motherboard version. The compatibility with your Cooler Master Masterbox 5 Mid-Tower Case is important.

It's manageable and while it may seem brief, this setup simplifies handling in most situations compared to a full ATX board that occupies much space, especially when dealing with bottom cable routing.

I didn't know this cooler case was meant for ATX or microATX. Are there any drawbacks with using microATX?

as long as the results stay consistent, no matter what, getting a microATX card is fine

I won't dive into the details of each motherboard spec. Usually micro ATX models have fewer features like DIMM slots, PCIe ports, M.2 slots, etc., though that isn't always true. It probably doesn't matter if the MicroATX meets what you need.

Yup, no performance impact at all. The motherboard doesn't really impact performance unless you're talking about how good of an overclock you might get in most cases. Some super cheap boards with bad VRMs might hinder a high end CPU (think AMD 3950X or Intel 9900K in the cheapest $40 board you can find) but beyond that there isn't a performance impact aside maybe lack of features you might need/want.

Check the motherboard's specifications. The size alone doesn't clearly indicate which one is superior.

The Kraken cooler should work with the ATX board, but I’m not sure.

The fitting of the radiator relies on the specific case
