Confirmed, those adjustments are disabled and the BIOS works fine. I reviewed the ping plotter and noticed significant fluctuations in latency on my links, along with a bit of data loss.

The Waveform speed test reveals how much bufferbloat your connection experiences. Using a router or Netlimiter to cap speeds around 90% can significantly reduce bufferbloat, particularly if your device lacks effective SQM Smart Queue Management.

I received an A+ for buffer bloat. During uploads and downloads there were some ping spikes, though it averaged around 8ms. My routers seem to be performing well. Turning off the Ethernet power saving made a big difference.
