Yes, I understand and you're correct. However, some individuals are very sensitive to "stutters," and the truth is that Zen 3 runs more smoothly. Just have a video recorded for me so I can observe the micro stutters myself; I'm at a stage where I'd like to see it firsthand. This would likely be easier to resolve in person.

Latencymon only displayed dx values sometimes, and occasionally the NVIDIA driver appeared. But after doing DDU and reinstalling various drivers, everything worked consistently. I also tried a 5600x on my system and encountered the same problem.

I have already shared some videos here:
Minecraft
Minecraft 2
Fortnite

For the Fortnite video, I want to emphasize this: it might seem normal, but there are instances where the area loads quickly and then drops below 100 FPS, around 60-90 frames per second. This is unusual because it doesn’t happen on both of my brother’s systems. Please don’t say it’s normal like NVIDIA did.

Minecraft stutters are typical for an older engine and likely unrelated to your setup. Fortnite stutter is generally minor, but if you're overly sensitive, upgrading to Zen 3 might help, though it probably won't fix Minecraft problems. Also, I saw you're running Windows 11—are you using the latest version? Did you experience these issues on Windows 10 as well?

The stutters displayed are unusual since they didn’t occur on another PC; I believe I should have noted this for Minecraft as well. It’s not about being overly sensitive—it’s that it never happened before and now is happening. Have you encountered anything similar? I’ve used a Zen 3 AMD CPU with the 5600x, but it didn’t improve things. Are you reading any of these updates or guides? I’ve also switched between W11 and W10, applied the latest updates during installation via USB, yet nothing helped. I’ve already tried various components, including a different PSU, but no improvement. Thank you for your assistance, though it would be better if someone reviewed some of these suggestions to avoid repeating them.
