Hello, I recently purchased a new PC for about a year and two to three months ago. I've been facing issues with FPS drops, stutters, and it happens across all games. Even after lowering resolution, graphics settings, disabling HPET and dynamic ticks, turning off the Microsoft root feature in software devices, disabling TPM, and even removing Intel Turbo Boost, the problem persists. The game performance is now unplayable. I have a spec like this: RTX 3060ti Aorus Elite, i5 12400f, 3200mhz DDR4 8x2 RAM, PSU Seasonic Focus 750w Gold, SSD drive, and Windows on SSD. Very few people have replied, so it seems there might be no solution.

Was die Leistung stets schlecht oder ist sie erst kürzlich schlechter geworden? Wenn sie früher gut funktionierte, könnte es sinnvoll sein, eine neue Windows-Installation auf einer zusätzlichen Festplatte zu machen. Welches Motherboard verwenden Sie?

It has always been problematic. I used an MSI B660 Pro with DDR4, but I believe it was due to the BIOS version. If it isn't a B660-A DDR4 Pro, I'll let you know and I've updated the BIOS to the latest version.

Hello, I made this post again but it seems it got removed. I can't locate it now, so I'll try once more. I'm using an RTX 3060 Ti, an i5 12400F, 8GB RAM at 3200MHz, a 750W PSU, and an MSI B660 Pro DDR4 motherboard. I've been experiencing micro stutter for about a year and a half. My FPS drops from around 500 to 470 or 450, but it doesn't cause noticeable stuttering. Sometimes the FPS drops even more, like from 165 to 158, which gives me a stutter or micro stutter. I've tried creating a new Windows profile, reinstalling everything, disabling TPM, turning off Intel Boost, and enabling XMP. I also updated the BIOS. Hopefully this time it will be fixed. It seems like GPU usage can drop during stutter or micro stutter.
