I've been informed that my microphone is very quiet in any game or Discord, even though it's at 100% volume and I'm using the correct microphone. After doing some research, I suspect it might be a Realtek device. I attempted to uninstall it by closing the app, but it blocks me and says no driver is supported. I tried using Device Manager to uninstall the driver, but it wasn't found, and I scanned for hardware changes without success. Please help.

Make and model of your mic and how it's paired to your platform? You forgot to mention the make and model of your motherboard, if you're using the Realtek chip bundled/soldered onto the motherboard's audio solution. You will also need to look into the BIOS version for your motherboard. What OS are you on and what version are you working with? If you're on Windows 10, you should ideally be on 20H2.
