It seems the connection might have been resolved by the USB port.

Verifying your USB connections, I noticed no USB-C ports labeled with high-power indicators. The SS20 ports seem standard, not featuring lightning symbols. My USB-A port with the power icon appears functional. Disabling power management didn’t help either. I attempted a driver fix but found none available for this model.

I adjusted the power settings on both Windows and BIOS, but nothing changed. All USB-C ports are labeled SS20, yet they seem to lack sufficient power. There aren’t any older drivers available to revert to on this device. The issue only appears with the mixer, not my direct microphones. This is the second mixer I’ve used where it stops working without warning, suggesting a possible connection problem. I’m considering switching USB-C to USB-A on the computer, though I’m unsure if that would help. Maybe reaching out to the manufacturer would be the next step—I hope they have a solution. Thanks for your assistance!

I've faced a comparable problem a few months back. I swapped out my USB interface, microphone, and cables, yet the issue continues. There are no alerts about disconnections, so I sometimes remain silent in Discord for hours before realizing it. Event logs don't show any USB connect/disconnect or audio events. My suspicion is a power delivery problem because I'm using 48V phantom power through the motherboard, but all ports are affected equally.
