Hey everyone, so the main point here is to give a bit of background. I finally have the PC and time set up to try out this franchise I've been eager for years. A tough decision comes up: which version should I choose? On forums it really varies, with strong opinions on both sides. Some folks adore the original, while others favor the updated version. Since those who prefer the original tend to be players who first encountered the game with the original, I'm mainly seeking insights from those who played the Redux first or both versions in quick succession for a fair comparison. Thanks!

The changes between the original and Redux are minimal, mainly in visual updates. Just try Redux.

Redux includes every DLC by default, so that's covered as well.
