I saved the meteor package but it doesn't respond when you enter it in the command line. Could you assist me with getting it to work?

Meteor seems unusual, but typically you must be in the directory where the .exe file is. Otherwise, you'll need to include its path in Environment Variables. Find the instructions for your operating system. In Windows 7, it might also help that simply typing the executable name without any symbols doesn't work. It should behave similarly to typing executable.exe/help, though the developers decide the exact method.
