That is a remarkably complex question given the preceding list. Others might be more appropriately qualified to address it in light of your previous submission.

Considering most of those games are ten years old, your experience will not be optimal if your specifications are below the minimum requirements. I enjoy Banished, which runs effectively on weak hardware. Additionally, Team Fortress 2 and Half-Life 2 will perform well on lower-end systems. Counter-Strike Source should run adequately, potentially also Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

TF2 and HL2 are too old. Considering the quality of graphics in Dark Sector and Blades of Time—which run well for me—it’s evident.

I am currently playing Team Fortress 2. It is free to play and enjoyable.

Due to a lack of internet connectivity on my PC, I am unable to participate in multiplayer games.

It is recommended to try banished. If you can download it, it is a fun city building game that runs on virtually any system. The system with a 3-year-old Celeron processor combined with an iGPU, as detailed in my signature, was able to run it adequately. This system operates with Windows 10 and only 2GB of RAM but still achieved frame rates above 30fps at 1024x768 resolution using the lowest settings unless the game speed was increased.
