You recently put in an XFX RX 580 into a new PC and it works initially but then shuts down suddenly. Your system has a B250M motherboard with an Intel i5 6500 processor. The problem might be that the PCI lane isn’t properly seated, but you can’t adjust it further because the case is limiting its movement.
