memtest 64 performs adequately. The memtest 86 offers improved results, though I believe your system is stable. You should be fine unless there are any issues.

I'll verify the temperature every hour to ensure it remains below 90°C. If it exceeds that for an hour, it won't affect the lifetime.

Check the temperature during maximum CPU usage. The results seem unusually high unless the processor is genuinely under strain. Consider running Prime95/CineBench to see the numbers.
