I completed the RAM overclocking with the DRAM calculator and wondered whether doing a memtest 64 session for eight hours would suffice for a reliable memory check.

I checked to confirm that some users mentioned memtest 64 isn't as effective as memtest 86 and struggles with error detection.

memtest 64 performs adequately. The memtest 86 offers improved results, though I believe your system is stable. You should be fine unless there are any issues.

Memory testing might affect CPU performance, but it's unlikely to cause extreme spikes like 75°C to 83°C. Running MemTest 64 is generally safe for most systems unless your hardware is already under strain. Keep an eye on temperatures during testing.

When the CPU temperature remains below 90°C, everything should work properly.

I'll verify the temperature every hour to ensure it remains below 90°C. If it exceeds that for an hour, it won't affect the lifetime.

Check the temperature during maximum CPU usage. The results seem unusually high unless the processor is genuinely under strain. Consider running Prime95/CineBench to see the numbers.
