Hello,
For your current setup with the X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 MB and Ryzen 9 9950X3D, I recommend sticking to standard RAM speeds. You don’t need to go overclock beyond what’s safe for gaming and apps.

For DDR5 the recommended speed is around 6000MHz at CL30 for plug and play. If your CPU is costly, consider 7200MHz at CL34. Refer to the motherboard support pages for the approved memory kits and purchase one listed there (the serial number should be provided). Link
