Your memory controller might struggle with the required speeds. It seems to support only CL16 or similar. Consider raising the PCH voltage (from the default to 1.1) and updating the BIOS first. Also, check if adjusting the RAM voltage helps—often it works when the controller isn't the issue. What configuration are you using?
