Hi Sjakal,
I noticed some lag spikes during recording on your MSI H110M PRO-VH board. It might be related to memory usage. You should consider upgrading to a compatible RAM module. For your setup, a 2x8G 2133MHz RAM would be suitable. Let me know if you need more details!

A reliable 16GB 2133MHz build from brands like Corsair, Kingston or Crucial works well. Ensure you avoid purchasing server RAM.

Lag spikes might stem from your motherboard or could improve with more RAM.

Memory assistance for Skylake https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/...port-mem-4 And for Kabylake https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/...port-mem-5 To address your query (if possible), when your RAM reaches full capacity, any data that can't be stored moves to the Page File or virtual memory, which uses the SSD/HDD. If it's forced onto an HDD, you may encounter issues.
