My friends, I faced an issue with my PC's RAM. After adding 8GB, Windows only recognized 5.9GB. What should I do to make the most of the available memory?

It might be dust accumulating on certain modules or your BIOS could be outdated. Please reference specific details when you need a direct quote.

it's clean, the new PC is ready. I assembled it and here are my system specs: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, Corsair 8GB RAM, 2133MHz SSD, 120GB NVMe drive, A320M-S2H motherboard.

I don’t understand at all—they fit together perfectly. Just make sure to inspect the dust, because it could have come in during assembly from nearby items.

Corsair memory kits often face issues when used with AMD systems, particularly older models. If you need alternatives, consider other brands like Kingston, and you'll be able to tell whether the problem lies with Corsair or another component such as the CPU or motherboard.

I faced similar problems with my 3400g and 8gigs of RAM. The fix was quite surprising. Your 3200g requires 2 gigs of VRAM, but instead of using the chip, it utilizes your system memory as VRAM. For better performance, you should opt for fast RAM in dual-channel with APUs.

It seems you can adjust the RAM size for the GPU in BIOS, and 2GB is a typical value. I recall a setup with 2200GB and it worked fine.

The BIOS for the Gigabyte B450 S2H is the poorest option. It lacks advanced VRAM settings and offers very limited customization, such as no memory OC or simple CPU voltage adjustment. Overall performance is disappointing.
