Are you experiencing issues with your memory? You're seeing an error about RAM storage problems even though your BIOS is fully updated. I noticed some inconsistencies when testing in the same slot—some stickers worked while others didn’t. It seems like the problem might be related to physical components or a mismatch between the sticks. Let’s figure this out together!

Additional details. Data transfer rate. Compatibility with DOCP. And more specifications available.

I checked the issue using full stock BIOS and with DOCP enabled, but the problems persisted.

Memory is situated at slot A2 + B2. If not, the problem lies elsewhere.

Have you checked for BIOS updates? Several memory fixes have been released recently. Which Memtest tool did you run?

Recommend adding a single stick into the farthest slot from the CPU socket and launching a boot from a USB drive using MemTest86 (available at memtest86.com or memtest.org). You can download images from those sites. Execute the test until it passes completely or you encounter errors. If issues appear, consider disabling DOCP, setting voltage to 1.2v 2400MHz or 2666MHz, and retest. Ensure the system isn’t overclocking due to timing or voltage problems. Should errors persist, either the stick or the slot may be defective. Shift the stick to a different slot (not the one farthest from the socket, but next to it) and run the test again in another channel. If successful elsewhere, the problem likely lies with the slot or contacts—possibly bent pins on the CPU. Try placing the stick in the second slot of a different channel, though motherboard BIOS might restrict booting unless the slot matches. If errors continue, discard the faulty stick and proceed to the next one, repeating the procedure. Poor sticks mean you’ll need to return them for warranty or replacement.

Performed a brief check with DOCP active; cooling system needs to be removed to adjust sticks, and I’m short on time. Initial performance lasted roughly 10–20 seconds before any issues appeared.

Latest BIOS 3801 issues were also present when upgrading to 3401, unfortunately the problem persists.
