I just adjusted everything to a stable level, but I noticed my memory speed was 2133mhz while it should be 3000mhz. The motherboard supports 3000mhz, the processor does too, and the BIOS is up to date. I had to manually set it to 2600mhz, but I couldn’t go higher without instability. Anyone know what’s going on?

All ram operates at 2133 until you either manually disable it or enter bios to turn on xmp.

Do you have information about whether your motherboard is compatible with that memory speed? We can't proceed without the system specifications.

The CPU can reach memory speeds up to 2133 unless you overclock it.
Intel's Core i5-6600K supports a cache of 6MB and operates at up to 3 GHz.
With the built-in memory controller, increasing CPU speed allows for higher memory performance.
Nothing is wrong; simply need to overclock to achieve those speeds.
The motherboard also accommodates faster memory options.

All ram runs at 2133 until you either manually stop it or switch to bios and turn on xmp.
that's the straightforward solution I was hoping for. Now it's time to continue pushing.
