I checked if your MSI B450 Tomahawk Max II supports ECC memory. You can get quality ECC modules for around $40 that fit a 4x16GB configuration.

It depends on the specifics. ECC performance isn't guaranteed unless the memory is unbuffered. If it's buffered like many ECC modules, it won't work. Which system are you planning to use?

A bunch of quick googling says that is a kit of load reduced memory. Those definitely won't work on that board.

As long as the drives are Unbuffered (UDIMM) and not Registered (RDIMM), ECC support should function. Whether you get ECC depends on the specific model, though it's confirmed for the AMD PRO series and generally available. It's worth noting that RDIMM systems won't POST at all.
