My 2x8 16gb HyperX fury ddr4 3733mhz cl19 kit is very good and i personally love it but is there any possibility that it could be unstable at the advertised 3733mhz cl19 speed? i have a feeling it might be unstable. Also the mobo im using is a B450 Tomahawk Max

The most effective method is to execute it at the XMP speed and then use a memory diagnostic tool to detect any issues. Such an occurrence is rare but possible.

Running at 3733 with no crashes confirms stability. Motherboard affects memory performance, but the CPU plays a much bigger role. Third generation Ryzen offers a strong memory controller capable of much faster speeds compared to older Zen and second-gen chips.

It's completely feasible. Hardware can face RAM problems and appear stable (running smoothly for days) while still silently damaging files during copying. I encountered this with my first-gen Ryzen setup aiming for 3200MHz. It passed memory checks but kept corrupting files until I lowered it to 3000MHz. If you suspect something's wrong, investigate thoroughly until you're sure. The R5-3600 should handle those speeds too.
