Absolutely, that's correct. For memory overclocking, Windows stress tests are generally more effective at detecting timing problems compared to tools like Memtest86.

Again, memtest86 works well for BIOS checks but falls short for Windows instability issues. It’s better suited for tools like OCCT or TestMem5 that run inside Windows.
